Welcome to our new support team members, Kelly Smith (Receptionist), Jacob Menadue and Leena Symonds, who are doing a traineeship through ARCway Careers. Jacob is pursuing a Certificate IV in Business and Leena is working on a Certificate III in Business. Welcome aboard!

A big thank you to our client John Prasad from Cafe2u Glenelg, for surprising our team with celebratory EOFY donuts! John proposed that we make a donation for the donuts, so we’ve decided to contribute the funds to Kickstart For Kids.

Walk a Mile in my Boots
Several of our team members are especially busy durin National Homelessness Week taking part in the “Walk a Mile in My Boots” campaign, organised by the Hutt St Centre. They walked at least a mile each day to raise funds for Hutt Street Cnetre.
Our team’s final walk! Participants of the “Walk a Mile in My Boots” did a fantastic job. We managed to raise $456 for Hutt Street Centre.
REGTECH
Jimmy Morrison and Sarah Alderton enjoyed exploring the latest tech trends in the accounting industry at REGTECH, which took place in Adelaide in August.
Half Marathon
Our team member, Kari Schwarz trained to run a half marathon in the City to Bay to raise money for a family friend from Ceduna, where they both grew up.
Johnny Ray was diagnosed in early childhood with STXBP1, a rare neurodevelopmental condition that affects only 30 people in Australia. Last year, a group of dedicated parents established the STXBP1 Australia Foundation, which advocates for improved health outcomes and funds research to find a cure. Kari is helped to raise much-needed funds to support this cause.

Maths Industry
Luke Bollmeyer, our Director of Audit gave back to the community by sharing his knowledge and experience with the Year 10 students at Blackfriars Priory School, his old school. We couldn’t think of anyone better to inspire the next generation of accountants and auditors!
